We offer Worldwide Shipping from our studio in Hongkong. Whether you're ordering from within abroad, we’ll ensure your piece reaches you securely.
2. Order Processing Time
- Customized or Made-to-order Jewellery: Please allow 7–14 Business Day production.
- Ready-to-ship Items: Dispatched within 2–3 Business Days.
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking detail.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping Charges are Calculated at Checkout based on destination country and order value. Duties and texes, if applicable, are the customers responsibility.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
7–14 business days after dispatch(Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs clearance.)
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we’ll provide a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status in real-time.
