Refund & Return Policy

At Terra Amour, we take immense pride in creating Handcrafted, Certified Real Diamond Jewellery. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, we follow a clear and fair refund policy to protect both our customers and the integrity of our craftsmanship.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Because most of our jewellery is Made-to-order or Customized, we Do Not Accept Returns Or Exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Custom or personalized orders (e.g. engravings, design modifications)

However, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns:

  • The item received is Damaged during shipping.
  • There is a Manufacturing Defect.

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 7 Days Of Delivery.
  • The item must be Unused, in its Original Condition, and returned in its Original Packaging.
  • Proof of purchase and Clear Photographs must be provided.

2. How to Request a Return

Please email us at support@infoterraamour.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs showing the damage or defect

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the Original Payment Method within 7–10 Business Days.
  • Shipping Fees and Customs Duties are Non-Refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or engraved pieces
  • Items on sale or purchased with a discount code
  • Gift cards
  • Items not reported within 7 days of delivery

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card account.
  • Contact your payment provider — sometimes it takes time before a refund is officially posted.
  • If you've done the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@infoterraamour.com.

6. Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for paying return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your return, as Terra Amour is not liable for lost or unreceived return parcels.
